While cauliflower is baking, roll out the pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch circle and let rest 5 to 10 minutes. Spoon the ricotta cheese in big dollops onto the dough.
Distribute the cauliflower onto the pizza dough. Drizzle with more buffalo sauce and sprinkle the gorgonzola cheese over the pizza.
Bake pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Top with green onions and parsley. Slice, and serve immediately.
